变极性TIG焊电源驱动电路和保护电路的设计
Design of actuation and protection circuits for TIG welding power source with variable polarities
【摘要】 针对焊接电源的稳定性设计原则 ,研究并设计了变极性TIG焊电源的驱动电路 ,以及过流 ,过热和过、欠压 3种保护电路 ,提出了逆变开关元件的保护方案 ,限定了最小触发脉宽 ,给出了调试过程中遇到问题的解决方法 .实验结果证明 ,该电路设计可靠 ,能保证变极性TIG电源稳定运行 .
【Abstract】 According to the stability requirement and de sign principle of welding power sources, the actuation circuit of polarity vari able TIG welding power source as well as the circuits for protection against ove r current, overheat, and over under voltage are investigated and designed with the proposal of a protection scheme with an inverse on/off switching device suc h that a minimum actuating pulse width is prescribed, providing a solution proce dure for the difficulties encountered during the tuning process. The experimenta l result shows that this design of circuits is reliable and is able to guarantee the stable operation of polarity variable TIG welding power source.
