背压机构涡旋压缩机的背压算法及其CAD开发

【摘要】 通过对基本对称分布的两个背压孔运动规律的分析,从其特殊的临界状态点特征突破,探究出了一套简洁易用的背压求解模式,并将其离散化,再对该算法进行CAD开发,解决了运算量大且复杂的问题.

【Abstract】 By analyzing the motion pattern of two symmetrically located pressure-relief ports and taking the characteristics of its special critical state point as a breakthrough point, a set of simple and facilitated solution model of backpressure is inquired out and a discrete algorithm is presented also. In order to deal with the enormous and complicated computation labors, the development of CAD for this algorithm is further conducted.
