荧光素汞荧光熄灭法测定海带中微量碘
A Fluorescence Quenching Method for Determination of Iodine in Kelp with Mercury Fluorescein
【摘要】 本文研究表明 ,在 p H=6 .0— 11的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,碘离子对荧光素汞的荧光具有熄灭作用 ,据此建立了碘离子的荧光熄灭测定新方法。碘离子浓度在 0 .0 76 8— 4 .36 5 μg/ m L 范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 0 .0 38μg/ m L。该方法操作简单 ,灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,可用于海带中碘含量的测定
【Abstract】 I - could quench the fluorescence intensity of the mercury fluorescein and the degree of quenching is linear with the concentration of I - in the range of 0.0768-4.365μg/mL.This method is simple with high sensitivity and selectivity.It has been applied to the determination of iodine in kelp with the recoveries of 97.5%.
