ICP-AES法直接测定钢中微量砷、锡、锑
Direct Determination of Arsenic, Antimony and Tin in Steel by ICP-AES
【摘要】 采用 ICP- AES法直接测定钢中微量砷、锑、锡的含量 ,优选了试样溶解方式、最佳分析谱线及仪器工作参数 ,检出限为砷 0 .0 0 0 4 %、锑 0 .0 0 0 5 %、锡 0 .0 0 0 3%,方法准确、简便。
【Abstract】 Micro ammount of arsenic, antimony and tin in steel was directly determined by ICP-AES. On optimization of concerned procedures and parameters, a satisfactory method has been obtained with detection limits of 0 0004% for As, 0 0005% for Sb and 0 0003% for Sn.
