【Abstract】 A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of sodium nitroprusside was established, based on the catalytic effect of Sodium nitroprusside on the oxidation of nile blue by hydrogen peroxide. Sodium nitroprusside can be determined in the range of 2.7×10 -5 -2.0×10 -4 mol/L. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of sodium nitroprusside in real samples.更多还原
