铜(Ⅱ)-甘氨酸配合物紫外吸收光谱热力学摩尔吸光系数的研究

【摘要】 测定了铜 ( ) -甘氨酸配合物溶液的紫外吸收光谱 ,研究了离子强度效应 ,测得热力学摩尔吸光系数lgεo=4 .2 7(αo=6 .5 ,t=2 5℃ ,I→ 0 ,λmax=2 2 4 nm)
【Abstract】 UV absorption spectrum and the effect of ionic strength on copper(Ⅱ)\|glycine complex solution were studied.At α o=6.5, t =25℃, I →0 and λ max =224nm, the thermodynamic molar absorption coefficient lg ε o is 4.27.
