弛豫型铁电晶体0.92PZN-0.08PT的光吸收特性
Properties of Optical Absorption in Relaxor Ferroelectric Crystal 0.92PZN-0.08PT
【摘要】 本文研究了 0 .92 PZN- 0 .0 8PT晶体的紫外 -可见 -近红外透过光谱 ,确定了它的吸收边波长为 380 nm,计算出该晶体在此波段的吸收系数 ,拟出了吸收系数与光子能量的关系曲线 ;由吸收系数的平方根与光子能量的曲线揭示出电子吸收光子能量后从价带到导带的跃迁是有声子吸收和发射的间接带隙跃迁
【Abstract】 The UV near IR spectrum of relaxor ferroelectric crystal 0.92PZN 0.08PT was investigated by carry 5 model spectrometer.The absorption edge was about 380nm,the absorption coefficients were calculated,and the curves of absorption coefficients(α) via energy(hν) were obtained respectively.Through the curve α 1/2 h ν,it is indicated that the electron transition from valence band to conduction band is the indirect band gap transition, in which the phonons absorb or emit energies.
