【摘要】 文章研究了几种有机溶剂对氧气液相氧化邻硝基甲苯制取邻硝基苯甲醛的影响,发现不同的有机溶剂对反应转化率和收率有很大的影响,其中以有机胺为溶剂,转化率和收率相对较高。以2-甲氧基乙胺为溶剂时,转化率为81.05％,收率17.90％结合反应机理,初步分析了溶剂影响的原因,发现有机胺能协助底物脱氢,从而起到一种助催化作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 It is investigated the effect of several organic solvents on preparation of o-nitrobenzaldehyde via autoxidation of o-nitrotoluene in liquid phase. It was found that different solvent had great effect on both conversion and yield, and organic amines was preferable. The conversion and yield were 81.05% and 17.90% respectively when using 2-methoxyethylamine as solvent. After study of reaction mechanism, this effect could be explained that organic amines can assist dehydrogenate of substrates.更多还原
