【Abstract】 The sorghum somatic cell strain which could survive in 3% NaCl culture medium was screened out with gradient screening method, and the regenerative plant was obtained. According to saline stress identification and yield comparing experiment in bud and seedling stage, the results showed that the new strain T 011 had high saline stress and combining ability.更多还原
