【摘要】 目的 :对 36例四肢主要动脉损伤进行回顾分析。方法 :所有病例分别采用血管修补 ,端—端吻合 ,自体大隐静脉移植术。结果 :36例中 3例出现缺血性肌挛缩 ,1例Ⅱ期截肢 ,其余病例无因缺血引起的并发症。结论 :早期诊断及尽早重建血液循环是治疗的关键 ,同时须认真处理合并伤和及时行筋膜切开减压更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A retrospective analysis of the treatment results which on 36 cases main arterial injuries of extremities.Methods:All wounded were managed by one of the following methods such as laceration suturing,end end anastomosis and great saphenous vein homografting.Result:Among the 36 case,except 3 cases were suffering from volkmann’s ischaemic contracture and one needed secondary amputation,the rest did not have ischaemic complications.Conclusions:Early diagnose and reform circulation timely are the key of treatment Meticulous management of the coexited lesions and prompt fasciotomy are also important measures for a satisfactory result.更多还原
