【摘要】 目的 :探讨经腔镜气压弹道碎石术治疗小儿尿路结石的疗效。方法 :总结应用WOLF输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗 18例小儿尿路结石的临床资料。结果 :6例膀胱结石、8例尿道结石、3例输尿管膀胱壁段结石、1例输尿管囊肿内结石均 1次碎石成功。 6例急性尿潴留解除。术中无严重并发症。结论 :该治疗方法安全简便、效果确切 ,可作为小儿下尿路结石治疗的首选 ;对部分特殊的小儿上尿路结石也可选用该治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of the pneumatic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of urinary calculi in children.Methods:A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 18 cases since 2000,which were treated with the above mentioned lithotriptor.Results:There were 6 patients with stone in the uretero vesical junction,and 1 patient with stone in the intravesical ureteroceles.All the patients were treated successfully in a single procedure,including 6 patients were free from acute uroschesis.No serious complications such as obvious hematuria,infection and urethral stricture occured.Conclusions Treatment urinary calculi in children with this method has been safe,effective and less invasive.It may be the first choice for the lower urolithiasis in childern,and can be used in some particular upper urolithiasis in children.更多还原
