【摘要】 本研究分析了目前高校科研工作量化存在的问题,提出了其应遵循的原则,并建立了相应的评估指标体系.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the problems,which exist in the present research,workload evaluation in colleges and universities are analyzed,the relevant principles are put forward for going by,and a index evaluation system is built.
