一种制备Ni/Al2O3复合陶瓷的新方法
A novel method of preparation for Ni/Al2O3 composite ceramic
【摘要】 借助异相成核技术 ,在镍粒子表面包覆氢氧化铝 ,经烧结制备得到了Ni Al2 O3复合粒子。以所得复合粒子为原料 ,采用凝胶注模成型工艺和在石墨保护下的无压烧结过程 ,得到了致密复合陶瓷 (相对密度 >95 % )。实验表明 :可以将有机凝胶铸模成型用于陶瓷 金属复合材料的制备 ,更进一步地避免了成本较高的热压烧结技术。
【Abstract】 Nickel particles coated with alumina coatings were prepared by way of heterogeneous nucleation,which is an economic and practicable method. Then gelcasting was introduced into the traditional metallurgy.It had been shown that dense Ni/Al 2O 3 composite ceramic (relative density≥95%) can be achieved in terms of pressureless sintering with the protection of graphite, for which hot pressure sintering could be avoided.
