针状纳米碳酸钙的制备研究
Study on synthesis of needle-like nanometer calcium carbonate
【摘要】 采用鼓泡碳化法 ,以无机酸A为添加剂 ,通过对反应温度、反应物浓度、气体流量和气体分布板孔径大小等各影响因素的控制 ,得到制备针状纳米碳酸钙的优化工艺条件 ,最终制得了平均粒径为 2 0nm ,长径比约为 18,且分散性能良好的纳米碳酸钙 ,并用TEM和XRD对产物粒子进行了表征。
【Abstract】 In this article additive was used to control the size and shape of CaCO 3. Needle like nano CaCO 3 with average diameter of 20nm and aspect ratio of 18 was synthesized by introducing CO 2 to lime suspension. The influences of the operational conditions such as temperature, reactant concentration, flow velocity of CO 2, aperture size of the gas distributor etc. on the grains’ size and shape were discussed. The optimum conditions of preparing needle like nano CaCO 3 were discussed, which were concentration of Ca(OH) 2: 8%~12%(wt), flow velocity of CO 2: 20~40ml/min, reaction temperature: 16~20℃, the aperture size of gas distributor: 1mm. The product has high dispersibility.
