聚丙烯酸钠对钛表面仿生生长磷灰石涂层的调制作用
Modulation of biomimetic growth of apatite coating on titanium by sodium polyacrylate
【摘要】 将低浓度聚丙烯酸钠引入钛表面仿生生长磷灰石涂层 ,表面生长晶体尺寸明显减小 ,得到的涂层更加致密。聚丙烯酸钠模仿了生物矿化中有机基质对无机晶体生长的调制作用。
【Abstract】 Sodium polyacrylate was introduced at low concenetration in bimimetic mineralization of hydroxyapatite on titanium. The crystal size was significantly decreased,the crystal geometry shifted from flakes to spherulites, making the coating denser. Sodium polyacrylate mimicked the role of organic matrix in modulating crystal growth in biomineralization.
