【摘要】 采用多层喷射沉积技术制备铝 /钢双金属板 ,分析了其中对双金属板界面结合产生影响的因素。结果表明多层喷射沉积技术在制备双金属板材方面有工艺设备简单 ,结合强度高等特点。其中在沉积前应对沉积的基板进行预热 ,预热的温度是双金属结合的关键。另外适当地热轧也能提高铝 /钢双金属的界面结合强度更多还原

【Abstract】 Multi layer spray deposition technology is used to fabricate aluminum/steel bimetal,and the factor of influencing the interface of aluminum/steel is discussed. It shows that multi layer spray deposition have many merits, for example: simple techniques, high adhesion strength etc. The key of this technology is warming the substrate up, and hot rolling also can improve the adhesion strength between aluminum and steel.更多还原
