【摘要】 目的 :探讨下颌恒切牙先天缺失情况 ,与牙颌畸形的关系以及下尖牙近远中径的变化。方法 :从 962例门诊正畸患者中选取下颌恒切牙缺失者 2 7例 ,并测量下前牙牙冠的近远中径。结果 :下颌恒切牙先天缺失 96%是中切牙 ,92 %伴有前牙深覆 ,下尖牙无显著性增大。结论 :下颌中切牙先天缺失与前牙深覆的形成有密切关系 ,下尖牙无代偿性增大更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship among the congenital hypodontia of mandibular incisor and malocclusion and the variation of medial distal dimension of mandibular canine.Methods:A total of 962 patients with malocclusion were selected from outpatient department,among these patients,27 cases with the congenitel hypodontia of mandibular incisor.The medial distal dimension of the dental crown of the mandibular anterior teeth was measured.Results:Among these patients,96% patients with the congenital hypodontia of mandibular incisor have the characteristics of the congenital hypodonita of central incisor,92% patients have anterior teeth deep overbite and the mandibular canine is not great enough.Conclusion:The closed relationship between the congenital hypodontia of the mandibular central incisor and the deep overbite of anterior teeth is found,the mandibular canine is not enlarged compensatly.更多还原
