【摘要】 目的 :建立命宝口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法 ,为制剂质量控制提供依据。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,Diamon-sil T MC1 8分析柱 ,流动相 :磷酸盐缓冲液 -乙腈 (73∶ 2 7) ,检测波长 2 70 nm。结果 :淫羊藿苷含量在 4.8～ 2 4 .0μg/ ml范围内线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率 1 0 0 .0 % ,RSD=1 .52 %。方法专属性、重复性、稳定性和精密度符合要求。结论 :方法简便、可靠、实用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To control the quality of Mingbao Oral Solution,and establish a method for determination of icariin in the preparation.Methods:The HPLC conditions were developed by Diamonsil C 18 column using phosphate buffer solution acetonitrile(73:27),and the detective wavelength was 270nm.Results:The calibration curve of icariin was linear at range of 4.8μg~24.0μg/ml(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 100.0% with RSD1.52%.Conclusion:The specificity (selectivity),reproducibility,stability and precision of the method accord with the validation demands.更多还原
