【Abstract】 The research from experiment and clinical practice shows that Nitric Oxide(NO) has a close relation to the disease of respiratory system.NO can lower the pressure of pulmonary artery and relieve the bronchospasm through dilating the smooth muscle of blood vessel and relaxing the smooth muscle of bronchus.Therefore,as an new dilatant agent of blood vessel and bronchus,NO would be used widely in the treatment of respiratory diseases.更多还原
