【Abstract】 The Paper uses PS4.0 micro computer polarography instrument to determinate calcium in food with standard addition Method.TDT-40 model dry bath treat sample,The detection limit(nitrogen) is down to 0.100 ?mg/L.The relationship between peak current and the concentration of calcium is linear in the range of 0.10 ～4.00?mg/L,Relative standard deviation below 6.62%.The recovery was 97.2%.Zn 2+ ,Mn 2+ ,Mn 2+ ,Pb 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,can not interfere to determinate calcium.The method has been used for determination of calcium with satisfactory results.更多还原
