无纤维SMA路面的设计与施工
Design and Construction of Fiber-free SMA Pavement
【摘要】 无纤维改性沥青SMA路面由于不加纤维,不仅降成本,简化工艺,而且基本保留SMA路面的优良性能,对提高我国沥青路面性能具有重要意义。为了防止可能出现的析漏,本文对SMA混合料的级配组成进行了适当调整,提出了无纤维SMA混合料级配组成与设计技术标准的建议,并采用与普通SMA相同的施工工艺,成功地铺筑了试验路,竣工的无纤维SMA路面平整、均匀、粗糙、不透水、无任何析漏现象,混合料各项技术指标均满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 Fiber - free modified asphalt SMA pavement can not only reduce the cost, simplify the technological process, but remain basically the good quality of SMA pavement because of no fiber included in the mixture. It is very helpful for improving asphalt pavement performance of our country. To avoid the possible segregation emerging in the mixture, in this paper, the gradation composition of SMA mixture is properly adjusted and sug-gestions for the gradation composition of fiber - free SMA mixture and the technological standard of design are pr-esented . An experimental road was built by using the construction methods as same as those used in the common SMA pavement, which is flat, even, coarse, water tight, and unsegregated. All design indexes meet the requirements of design.
