六角切圆锅炉炉内气流切圆特性的数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Study on Gas-Flow Tangential Circle Characteristics in Furnace of Six Corners Tangentially Fired Boiler
【摘要】 采用k -ε双方程湍流模型和颗粒随机轨道模型 ,对六角切圆燃烧锅炉炉膛内的气流切圆特性进行数值模拟研究。并针对研究原型存在的受热面结渣问题 ,通过改用一、二次风同心双切圆 (CFS-I)的布置形式 ,与原始设计工况进行对比 ,寻求切实可行的解决工程实际问题的措施
【Abstract】 For six corners tangentially fired boiler, gas flow tangential circle characteristics in furnace were studied by numerical simulation with k ε two equation turbulence model and stochastic particle trajectory model. And majoring in the slag problem of heat transfer surface of study prototype, adopting the arrangement form of homocentric two tangential circles of primary air and secondary air (CFSI), these results were compared with that of initial case, to seek practical and effective solving method in engineering practice.
