工业锅炉炉内黑烟消除技术初探

【摘要】 针对我国工业锅炉热效率低、严重污染环境等状况及我国现有的“以煤为主”的能源政策 ,提出一种新型燃烧技术———“煤气化无烟燃烧技术”。通过试验研究及对实际投运的锅炉的测试 ,证明其可实现燃煤工业锅炉无烟化燃烧 ,并可有效降低粉尘排放

【Abstract】 In accordance with the current situation of low themal efficiency and serious environmental pollution caused by industrial boilers and our country’s existing energy policy, a kind of new combustion technology-"Coal Gasification-Smokeless Combustion Technology" was invented. Through experiment research and test for practically operating boilers, it has been proved this technology can realize smokeless combustion of coal-fired industrial boilers. The amount of dust emission also has been decreased efficiently.
