京秦高速公路连接线沥青混凝土路面车辙产生的原因浅析
Analysis of Pavement Rutting Occurred on Jing?Qin Expressway Connection Road
【摘要】 针对京秦高速公路连接线沥青混凝土路面产生的早期破损病害 ,从现场取样进行沥青混凝土的密度、油石比、筛分等试验 ,并与设计配合比的主要技术指标进行对比 ,同时实地调查车辙、拥包以及通行车辆的轴载 ,从施工、级配变化及重载车辆等方面分析该段沥青混凝土路面产生早期破损的原因 ,得出重载交通及沥青混凝土级配变化较大是产生车辙等早期破损的主要原因。据此从限载、路面结构设计、调整级配及使用改性沥青等方面提出了避免沥青混凝土路面产生车辙等早期破损的建议。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the early occurred pavement distresses on Jing?Qin expressway connection road, based on the field bitumen concrete sampling test in terms of density, bitumen/stone ratio, sieve analysis, in comparison with those of the design specifications and the on-the-spot survey of rutting, upheaval and axle load of trucks. Analysis of the distresses indicates that the main causes are the heavy traffic load and greater variation of the bitumen concrete gradation. Therefore, the recommendations such as enforcement of axle load regulations and pavement structure design, adjustment of bitumen concrete gradation and application of modified bitumen are put forward to prevent early distresses of the pavement.
