【摘要】 根据黄石市 2 0 0 0年居民出行调查的有关数据 ,分析黄石市居民出行基本特征 :出行次数、出行目的构成、出行方式构成、不同出行方式的平均出行时耗、出行时辰分布。并在此基础上 ,结合黄石市客运交通现状及城市总体规划 ,从道路网通行能力、公共客运交通优先、快速交通系统、客运交通管理、政府的公共客运交通政策、公共客运交通发展规模及公共客运交通行业服务标准等方面 ,提出了黄石市客运交通发展战略和保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the indexes of trips, purpose, mode, travel time with the survey data of Huangshi city in 2000 and other cities in China, the patterns and characteristics of resident travels are summarized in this paper. Based on the resident travel characteristics and current status of passenger transport and overall planning in Huangshi the passenger transport development stratagy and measures are suggested in terms of capacity of network, priority of transit, express transportation system, passenger transport management, transit policy, transit develop scale, and service standard in passenger transport industry.更多还原
