【Abstract】 In this paper,the author stresses that it is impossible that all the transportation enterprises be transformed to logistics enterprises; and analyses the conditions to becomes logistics enterprises.The authors point out that the logistic company should be satisfy the essential requirements as follows:1)They should have certain scale and good transport means;2)They should have their own network of freight source;3)They have storage capacity;4)They are good at the international multi-mode transport:5)They should have logistic management system;6)They have information platform;7)They must have a lot of professorial and high quality talents.更多还原
