【摘要】 在全面搜集漓江桂林水文站以上流域内供水水资源利用及保护状况、水源地环境及水质状况的基本资料基础上 ,对水源地水质现状进行了评价 ,得出大面到味精厂水质良好 ,味精厂到宁远河入口水质较好 ,而宁远河入口到净瓶山水质较差 .在详细调查供水区污染源分布及排放情况后 ,划分出了水源地一级和二级保护区 ,拟定水源地保护目标为《地表水环境质量标准》 (GHZB 1 -1 999)的Ⅱ类水水质标准 ;计算出水源地污染物控制排放量和削减量 ,提出了包含 2个步骤的污染物排放控制方案 .根据污染物排放控制方案 ,以饮用水水源地水质目标为依据 ,确定具体的削减对象与削减量 ,按实际可操作性 ,提出了 3个步骤的削减量分配方案 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the study of protection of drinking water resources area of Guilin the technique and the measure of protecting drinking water resource area city which takes the river as its drinking water resources is presented.By collecting basic datum about drinking water resource area, circumstance at water resource area ,and samples of water supply and present water quality ,we examined the water quality of water resource area. From the results of examination, we concluded that the water quality is good from Damian to Monosodium Glutamate Factory, from Monosodium Glutamate Factory to Ningyuan river entrance but poor from Ningyuan river entrance to Jingping Mountain. After careful investigation of the distribution and discharge of contaminant source in water supply district, we put forward a three step allocation plan for controlling discharged contamination.更多还原
