【Abstract】 Before blending mines, a sinter plant must have calculated an accurate blending ratio. At present, the method of checking computations, a high demand for workers,which wasting time and restricting veracity, is adopted abroad by most sinter plants. According to the sintering theory and using statistical data acquired from industry processes, a mathematical model is designed and a rule model is proposed with qualitative knowledge derived from experts’ experience. The rule model ,combined with the mathematical model and the self adapted arithmetic, is adopted to compute the blending ratio of mine.更多还原
