【摘要】 桂林漓泉股份有限公司啤酒年生产能力为 3 5万t.废水水量为 3 0 0 0～ 60 0 0m3/d ,废水CODCr平均为 2 5 0 0mg/L ,BOD5平均为 1 5 0 0mg/L ,废水SS平均为 45 0mg/L ,pH值为 5～ 1 1 .UASB反应池消化处理后CODCr去除率为 85 % .再经SBR池处理 ,最终出水平均CODCr约为 3 0mg/L ,pH值为 6 5～ 8,达到了国家一级排放标准 .采用UASB -SBR工艺处理啤酒废水 ,系统稳定性好 ,剩余污泥少 ,同时产生数量可观的沼气 ,可综合利用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Guilin Liquan Co ,Ltd,with an annual production of 350 000 tons of beer,rebuilt its original hydrolysis pool into UASB and is using UASB-SBR process in brewery wastewater treatment.3 000 to 6 000 m 3/d of wastewater is discharged by the factory. The COD Cr , BOD 5, SS and pH value are 2 500 mg/L, 1 500 mg/L, 450 mg/L and 5～11, respectively. About 85% of COD Cr can be removed after digestion in UASB. Finally, the COD Cr and pH value of treated water are about 30 mg/L and 6 5～8, respectively. All the indexes (including COD Cr , BOD 5, SS and pH) of the effluent can meet the 1st class standard of China. It has been proved that UASB-SBR process employed in the brewery wastewater treatment is effective, the system stable and the amount of sludge produced in the process small. At the same time, a large amount of biogas can be produced and used as energy.更多还原
