【摘要】 依据风险投资公司内部管理的特点和风险投资项目经理的工作职责 ,提出了一种风险投资项目经理素质的主客观评价方法。该方法的特点是 :针对评价项目经理的素质问题 ,分别进行基于主观指标的模糊评价和基于考试成绩的客观评价 ,并将主观评价结果与客观评价结果进行综合 ,使最终评价结果反映主、客观信息。最后给出了一个算例。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the management characteristics of venture capital firms and the job nature of venture capital project managers, a subjective and objective assessment method for the quality of venture capital project managers is proposed. In the method,fuzzy subjective assessment based on subjective indexes and objective assessment based on testing are carried out,respectively,and then the subjective and objective assessment results are integrated to make the final assessment result reflect both subjective and objective information.
