【Abstract】 The application of MapInfo Geographic Information System to highway engineering design is deeply researched and the second interface of digital terrain model developed. Explanation of highway alignment design, highway route selection, highway plane design, highway profile design, highway cross section design and other applications supported by GIS are studied in this paper. Experiments show that GIS can play a potential role in highway alignment design.更多还原
