About The Quality Of An Innovative Teacher In Charge Of Class In The New Century
【摘要】 作为新世纪的班主任应该具备和提高自身的创新的教育理念、良好的师德素质、坚实的科学文化素质、高超的能力素质、良好的心理素质以及健康的身体素质。
【Abstract】 Being a teacher in charge of class, one should possess and improve his education conception of development and innovation. One must have fine virtue, scientific and cultural, mental and physical quality.
