【Abstract】 Latanosprost is a new derivative of phenyl-substituted prostaglandin. It reduces intraocular pressure by combining itself with FP receptors on the ciliary muscle and thus regulates the flowing of aqueous fluid via iris-choroid channel. Besides, prostaglandins can contract cell framework and consequently affect the amount of aqueous fluid through trabecular meshwork so as to reduce intracular pressure.更多还原
