【摘要】 目的 探讨经鼻腔进路行鼻腔泪囊吻合术的临床效果。方法 对60例64眼慢性泪囊炎患者在鼻腔内窥镜下行泪囊腔吻合术并观察术后效果。结果 术后泪道冲洗全部通畅,溢泪溢脓消失。随访3～24个月,一次治愈56例,占87.5％、复发8例占12.5％。大多在术后3～6个月内出现鼻腔粘膜增殖,门诊行鼻腔粘膜咬切后恢复通畅。结论 本手术在鼻内窥镜下完成,比较简便,省时,不留瘢痕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To attempt daeryoeystorhinostomy performed via nasal cavity as a treatment of chronic dacryocystiiis. Methods On 60 patients (64 eyes) dacryoeyslorhinostomy was performed under nasal endoscope, the effects observed. Results In all the eases, the lacrimal passage became unobstructed and epiphora or pyonhea disappeared. During a follow-up of 3 months-2 years, there were X relapse cases (12.5%). In most cases, nasal mucosa proliferated within 3-6 months postoperatively which was cured when part of the mucusa had been bitten. Conclusion The surgery is performed under endoseope. It is simple, time-sparing and with no pit formed.更多还原
