【摘要】 目的 探讨ERG及VEP对白内障术後视力的预测作用。方法 应用ERG及VEP对259只白内障眼进行检查并与术後视力进行分析。结果 259只眼中VEP表现为潜伏期延长66眼,P100及N75振幅降低73只眼,正常183只眼,ERC潜伏期延迟66眼,振幅降低67眼。结论 VEP及ERG潜伏期延迟,振幅降低,术後视力差,它们能较好的预测白内障的术後视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the value of ERG and YEP ill the prognosis of postoperative vision of cataract patients. Methods One hundred and seventy four patients (259 eyes) with cataract were examined with ERG and VEP, the results of which were compared to their postoperative vision. Results In VEP. there was a delay in latitude in 66 eyes, a decrease in P100 and N75 amplitude in 73 eyes and the other 183 eyes had normal results; in ERG. there was a delay in 66 eyes and a decrease in latitude in 67 eyes. Conclusion When there is a delay in latitude period and a decrease in amplitude in preoperative VEP and ERG, the postoperative vision is poor. Thus, YEP and ERG are valuable in predicting postoperative vision for cataract patients.更多还原
