褐藻酸降解菌侵染过程中海带超微结构及多酚和多酚氧化酶的变化

【摘要】 用褐藻酸降解菌侵染海带并跟踪了侵染过程中海带的超微结构变化 ,同时测定了海带体内多酚类化合物含量和多酚氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明 ,色素体是海带受侵染初期最为敏感的细胞器。在侵染初期 ,海带细胞的亚显微结构受伤害较轻 ,多酚类化合物含量表现为骤然升高 ,推测多酚类化合物是海带体内的重要化学防御物质 ,并且此积极防御发生在初期。

【Abstract】 Alteration of ultrastructures, the level of polyphenol and the activity of polyphenoloxidase of Laminaria japonica were studied during alginic acid decomposing bacteria infection. The results show that the pigment body is the most sensitive organelle. The level of polyphenol increases sharply, and the activity of polyphenoloxidase did not show any change in comparison with the controls during the early pathogen infection when the cell ultrastructures were not destructured. These observations suggest that polyphenol may play a positive defensive role during the early infection phase.
