紫茎泽兰灭蚜活性物质的分离、纯化及其对棉蚜乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响
Isolation, Purification, Identification of the Active Aphid-killing Substance from Eupatorium adenophorum and Eupatorin A’s Effect on Acetylcholinesterase
【摘要】 紫茎泽兰 (Eupatoriumadenophorum )氯仿萃取物所含组分Ⅷ对棉蚜 (Aphisgossypii)具有较强的毒杀作用且得率较高 ,从中分离得到的紫茎泽兰素A对棉蚜无翅成蚜的致死中浓度 (LC50 ,浸渍法 )为 36 2 8mg/L。紫茎泽兰素A对棉蚜乙酰胆碱酯酶酶活性有一定的抑制作用。棉蚜经 2 0 0mg/ml紫茎泽兰素A溶液处理 12h后 ,其体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性仅为对照组棉蚜酶活性的 30 3%。
【Abstract】 The fraction Ⅷ obtained from the chloroform extract of Eupatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) has stronger toxicity to the cotton aphid Aphis gossypii Glover and a higher extraction rate than other fractions. For the first time, an active aphid killing substance named Eupatorin A was separated out of the fraction Ⅷ and purified. Eupatorin A at 2 mg/ml can kill 81.3% of the cotton aphids in 48 hours. Its LC 50 against cotton aphids is 362 8mg/L. A test showed that Eupatorin A can inhibit the activity of AChE of the cotton aphids in vitro and in vivo. This could be one of the deaths of cotton aphids.
