【Abstract】 Cre/loxP system is the powerful tool for the study of gene expression and control. We construct the eukaryotic expression vector pEF EBFP Cre and prokaryotic expression vector pGEX Cre. The Cre recombinase is expressed in E. coli and its deletion property is observed. The expressed Cre recobinase could be used in the further transgenic mammary bioreactor research.更多还原
