硫系高效脱臭菌的分离及其特性研究
Isolation and Characteristic of a Bacterial Strain for Deodorization of Sulfides
【摘要】 从三个不同地点采集的混合样品中 ,分离到 16株能氧化无机硫化物的菌株 ,优化筛选出菌株Hm - 6,其形态、生理生化反应特征鉴定为假单胞菌 (Pseudomonassp .)。研究了菌株Hm 6氧化H2 S的影响因素和代谢过程。确定Hm 6菌株的生长最适温度为30℃ ,pH值为 7;将其投加到泥炭生物过滤塔中 ,室温即对低浓度H2 S有较高的去除效果 ,且没有延迟期 ,代谢产物是类硫物质 ,而不是通常的硫酸根。
【Abstract】 A bacterial strain Hm 6 capable of growth on inorganic sulfur compounds was isolated from diverse habitats, including soil, river mud and activated sludge. The isolate was identified as Pseudomonas sp. on the basis of its morphological and physiological characteristics. The optimum temperature and pH for growth were 30℃ and 7.0, respectively. The metabolic product of H 2S oxidation was determined to be elemental sulfur. When it was inoculated into peat, this strain efficiently removed H 2S without lag time, suggesting that it will be a good candidate for maintaining high H 2S removability in the treatment of exhaust gases.
