GMT材料性能与基体晶态研究
A Study of GMT Properties and its Matrix Crystalline State
【摘要】 在GMT材料中加入炭黑及PP纤维 ,研究了炭黑及PP纤维对GMT材料结构及性能的影响 ,结果发现GMT材料中基体PP的晶态由球晶转为横晶 ,其拉伸强度提高5 %左右 ,拉伸模量提高 10 %左右。同时通过SEM对GMT材料拉伸断口进行了分析
【Abstract】 Adding black carbon and PP fibers into GMT materials, we studied the effect of carbon black and PP fibers on the structure and properties of GMT materials. The results indicate that the tensile strength and tensile modulus of GMT materials are increased by about 5% and 10% respectively after the change of spherical scrystallinity into transcrystallinity. The tensile fracture morphology of GMT materials is also analyzed by SEM in this paper.
