重型高精度回转顶尖及在滚齿机上的应用
High Precision Rotating Center with Heavy-duty and Its Application on Gear Hobber
【摘要】 研制了采用双列圆柱滚子轴承的重型高精度回转顶尖 ,顶尖相对于尾锥的同轴度≤ 0 .0 0 5mm ,顶尖锥面径向跳动≤ 0 .0 0 3mm ,解决了重载高精度加工时固定顶尖易研死、回转顶尖精度低的问题。在P6 0S滚齿机上的应用效果表明 ,该顶尖可明显提高滚齿加工的齿向精度
【Abstract】 The high precision heavy duty rotating center with double row roller bearings is developed. The coaxiality of this center relative to rear tapping part is less than 0.005mm and its tapping face’s radial run out is less than 0.003mm. By using this center on P60S gear hobber, it is demonstrated that the problems of low precision resulted from rotating center and dead end of pestle resulted from fixed center can be solved, and the longitudinal form precision of machined gears can be increased obviously.
