【摘要】 本文分析了乌鲁木齐的环境问题及其产生原因 ,给出了环境可持续度的概念 ,并对环境可持续度进行分析 ,从饱和度、潜力度、优势度、协调发展度四个方面定量计算出乌鲁木齐的城市环境的可持续度 ,得出乌鲁木齐到 2 0 0 0年才实现初步可持续发展的结论 ,并在此基础上提出了实现乌鲁木齐环境可持续发展的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analysed some environmental problems and their causes,then gave the conception of environmental sustainability degree.The hierarchical analytic method were applied to analyze the environmental sustainability degree and the conception were considered consisting of four part,which were predominance degree,potential degree,coordinated development degree and saturation degree.Moreover,the environmental sustainability degree was quantificationally worked out.According to the results,it was concluded that Urumuqi began initial sustainable development since 1996.But in 1991,the development of Urumuqi was unsustainable .The main reasons were as follows:in 1991 the economy was undeveloped,so the environment was poor.However,with the development of economy and society,the environment improved,thereby,also promoted economic development.At last,the paper brought forward some countermeasures to realize sustainable development of not only economy but also environment in 2015. \ \更多还原
