【Abstract】 Through analysis of the pos-sible problems appeared in the courseof compiling of the statutory plan ofTiegang Reservoir eco-sensitive area,some strategies of protecting watersource and accelerating reasonable de-velopment of residential quarters in thearea,such as adjust industrial stru-cture,public participation,governmentfinancial support,etc. have been putforward.
