新疆策勒绿洲胡杨水分生理特性研究

【摘要】 本文对新疆策勒绿洲胡杨在灌溉前后水分生理特性变化进行了研究。结果表明 :1)灌溉后胡杨水势的日均值 (- 1.4 5MPa)比灌溉前 (- 1.97MPa)有显著增加 ;2 )灌溉后胡杨蒸腾速率的日均值 (1.4 1mmolm- 2 s- 1 )比灌溉前(1.34mmolm- 2 s- 1 )有所升高 ,但幅度不大 ;3)试验证明 ,胡杨的生长对环境水分状况的依赖性相对较强。因此 ,维持胡杨生境内的水分平衡 ,是促进胡杨正常生长、更新的重要前提。该研究将对策勒绿洲胡杨的合理利用和科学管理提供一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 Popular euphratica is the oldest tree species in popular genus and also the community-building species of the natural forests along the banks of the rivers and lakes in the vast desert regions. The most obvious characteristics of Popular euphratica are to grow discontinuously and to form the corridor-like natural forests along both banks of the rivers, and Popular euphratica is quite different from other popular species because of its great high-temperature-enduring, drought-enduring and salt-enduring capability. The forests of Popular euphratica play an important role in maintaining the ecological balance in the arid and semi-arid areas. This paper caries out the research on the water physiological characteristics of Popular euphratica before and after irrigation in the Cele oasis in Xinjiang. The results are as follows: (1) The mean daily water potential of Popular euphratica is increased obviously after irrigation, i.e., from -1.97 MPa to -1.45 MPa; (2) The mean daily transpiration rate of Popular euphratica is increased slightly after irrigation, i.e., from 1.34 mmolm -2 s -1 to 1.41 mmolm -2 s -1 ; (3) The experiments show that the growth of Popular euphratica a relies strongly on the moisture situation of the environment. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the water budget in the habitats of Popular euphratica so as to keep the normal growth and regeneration of Popular euphratica. The results will provide the theoretical basis for the proper utilization and the scientific management of Popular euphratica in the Cele oasis.
