十种藓类植物孢子萌发与原丝体发育的初步研究

【摘要】 对 10种藓类植物 (红蒴立碗藓、无疣墙藓、钟帽藓、小石藓、短尖叶墙藓、中华细枝藓、柳叶藓、多褶青藓、狭叶绢藓、东亚绢藓 )的成熟孢子在光照培养箱中进行人工培养 ,培养液为KnodsonC培养液 ,对照组为自来水。在光学显微镜下描绘和照相记录了这 10种藓类孢子萌发与原丝体发育的基本过程 ,并对孢子的萌发能力和时间 ,原丝体系统发育的类型、特点进行了分析和讨论

【Abstract】 Spore germination and protonema growth of 10 species of mosses are sdudied at 16℃~18℃ in response to Knudoson C and running water. The materials studied here are gotten from various habitats in Hebei Province. They are Tortula mucronifolia Schwaegr., Tortula schmidii (C. Muell.) Broth., Weissia controversa Hedw., Physcomitrium eurystomum Sendtn., Venturiella sinensis (Vent ex Rabh.) C. Muell., Lindbergia sinensis (C. Muell.) Broth., Amblystegium serpeus (Hedw.) B. S. G., Brachythecium buchananii (Hook) Jaeg., Entodon macropodus (Hedw.) C. Muell. and Entodon okamurae Broth. The spores of ten species of mosses well develop and their normal protonemata form. The process of the spore germination and protonema growth are illustrated and taken microphotographs. The result shows that the time of spore germination is 3~10 days, the germination pole is 1~2 poles, sometimes 3~4 poles. Besides, the capability of spore germination is influenced by temperature, pH, illumination and so on. The protonemata are consisted of 3 types, namely, the chloronemata?caulonemata and rhizoides. According to the characteristics of protonemata, the spore germinnation of these mosses are classified into 3 types, which are Funaria-type, Bryum-type and Macromitrium-type.
