【摘要】 针对塔里木盆地资源环境的特点和水资源开发利用的现状 ,分析了该地区水资源开发利用中存在的问题 ,探讨了干旱区水资源开发利用与经济发展以及环境保护之间的关系 ,指出了水资源开发利用与环境保护相应对策 ,从而为本区水资源合理开发利用以及环境保护提供决策帮助 ,并为我国西部资源开发和生态环境保护提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tarim Basin is located in northwest China. Because the precipitation is less and the evaporation capacity is great all the year round, the basin belongs to a typical arid area. The quantity and qulity of water resources in the basin have a direct restriction on mankind production activities as well as the protection of ecological environment. At present, water quantity of the rivers flowing into the desert is decreasing, the desert vegetation is retrograding, and the ecological environment is deteriorating. All these are caused by artificial factors. Thus according to the characteristics of the natural resources and environment as well as the utilization situation of water resources, this paper firstly analyzes the problems in exploitation and utilization of water resources. Then, the relationship between water resources utilization and environment protection is explored. Finally, the suggestions for the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources as well as for the ecological environment protection are put forward. This paper can provide a decision-making basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources as well as the environment protection. Meanwhile, it will provide reference for resources developing in west China and environmental protection in arid areas.更多还原
