工会法律关系刍议
A Brief Talk on Trade Union Legal Relations
【摘要】 工会法律关系是以一方主体为核心的法律关系 ,从法律关系的类型看 ,这种法律关系是一种具有不对称关系性质的法律关系。本文同时分析了市场经济条件下工会法律关系各构成要素出现的一些新变化和新特点。
【Abstract】 Trade union legal relations are one kind of legal relations of one party as a basic core. The legal relations have non-symmetry characteristics. This article analysed the constitution of trade union legal relations and its change and new characteristics in a market economy.
