【Abstract】 It is of great realistic and strategic significance to construct a industrial cooperative system of China-Asean Free Trade Zone. This article, starting from the construction of cooperative system of marine and related industries, makes great efforts to seek a breakthrough of China-Asean Free Trade Zone. At the same time by studying and making a series of basic policies of regional joint development, the cooperative system of a certain region will be hoped to achieve a full-scale escalation from small to large, from shallow to deep and from scattered to centralized in a nonpolitical way.更多还原
