土壤干旱不同玉米品种水分利用效率差异的生理学原因
Physiological mechanism of diversity of water use efficiency of maize varieties in soil drought
【摘要】 研究不同玉米品种水分利用效率差异试验结果表明 ,陕单 911为耗水型品种 ,农大 6 0为节水型品种 ,中单 2号耗水量表现居中 ;水分利用效率差异原因分析 :水分胁迫对蒸腾的影响要大于光合 ;陕单 911在中度胁迫下 Pn(光合速率 )大幅度下降 ,而 Tr(蒸腾速率 )下降居中 ,该品种的蒸腾效率下降最多 ,农大 6 0在中度胁迫下 Pn下降最少 ,而 Tr下降最多 ,该品种的蒸腾效率下降幅度最小 ,中单 2号表现居中 ;3个品种中度胁迫下根系导水率农大 6 0增加了 5 4 .6 4 % ,中单 2号下降了 5 0 .94 % ,陕单 911下降了 6 3.0 0 % ;渗透调节能力陕单 911>中单 2号 >农大 6 0 ,叶片失水速度为陕单 911>农大 6 0 >中单 2号
【Abstract】 The research results showed: in consuming water, Shaandan 911 consumptive in the experiments, Nongda 60 was economical and Zhongdan 2 is the middle. Under middle water stress, the descendant range of Shaandan 911 Pn and Tr was the biggest of all the varieties, the descent of Tr was middle, so the descant of its rising efficiency was the biggest of all; the hydraulic conductivity of root was that Nongda 60 increased 54.64%, Zhongdan 2 and Shaandan 911 declined 50.94% and 63.00%; respectively, The osmosis adjust ability was shaandan 911>Zhongdan 2>Nongda 60.
