【摘要】 目的　总结使用扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨干骨骨折不愈合、延迟愈合的临床经验。方法　回顾自 1999年 4月～2 0 0 1年 6月使用扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干、胫骨干骨折不愈合、延迟愈合病人 2 1例 ,其中股骨 8例 ,胫骨 13例 ,钢板固定术后 ,股骨 3例 ,胫骨 6例。普通髓内针股骨 5例。外固定架胫骨 2例。石膏固定胫骨 3例 ,骨牵引股骨 2例。均采用有限切口切开复位顺行扩髓 ,静力锁定加植骨术。结果　随访半年以上 18例 ,骨折均愈合 ,临近关节功能达正常。无感染、断钉等并发症。结论　采用有限切口切开复位、扩髓、静力锁定治疗股骨、胫骨干骨折不愈合、延迟愈合 ,具有骨折稳定性可靠、有利于骨折愈合和早期关节活动的优点 ,是治疗股骨、胫骨干骨折不愈合、延迟愈合的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the clinical experience for non union and delayed union of femoral and tibia shaft fractures treated with a reamed intramedullary interlocking nail.Methods Since April 1999 to June 2001,21 patient with nonunion and delayed union of femoral and tibia shaft fractures had treated with a reamed intramedullary interlocking nail.Of 21 cases,8 were femoral shaft fractures and 13 tibial shaft fractures.In primary treatment 3 cases of femoral shaft fractares and 6 cases of tibial shaft fractures were fixed by plate,5 cases of femoral shaft fracture were fixed by common intramedually nail,2 cases of tibia shaft fractures were fixed by external fixtor,3 cases of tibib shaft fracture were fixed by plaster and 2 cases of femoral shaft fractures were treated by skeletal traction.All cases were treated by a limited open redultion?fixation of reamed intramedullary interlocking nail and bone grafe.Results Eighteen cases were followed-up for more than 6 months;and all healed up well there were no complication in this sereis.Conclusion The use of a reamed intramedullary inter locking nail and limited open reduction is successful in the treatment of femoral shaft?tibia shaft factures of non union and delayed union.Stabilization for fracture is provided by this nail and methods and fracture healing is rapid.The internal fixation is one of ideal methods in the treatment of femoral and tibia shaft fracture of non union and delayed union.更多还原
